Q: Where can I find an Extra key?

Don't know. We bought a small medication box with a combination lock for the meds and key for the 90 year old.

Q: is it possible to set this up with am/pm meds?

Yes ,it is possible to set am/pm. It then becomes 14 day instead of 28 day dispenser

Q: how does it seperate morning,noon,and night pills if they are different?

Different label rings to select frequency. Set alarm for time to dispense.
