Q: what size towels am I getting exactly with this order?

The sizes are available in the product description and in the second picture as follow: 2 Bath Towels 28" x 55" (70 x 140cm), 2 Hand 19" x 28" (48 x 70cm) and 4 Washcloth 13"x 13"(33 x 33cm). This is a Waffle Terry. They are very soft, absorbent and durable.

Q: Are these towels very thin? I just received them and haven’t opened the bag but these seem way to lightweight to have any thickness or substance.

Hi. Thanks for asking. They have medium thickness and they may look compact due to packaging and transportation. Cotton loops will expand a little bit more after a few washing cycles. Please follow the washing instructions. They are lightweight due to our Air Cotton technology as explained in the product description. Our Bath Towels are made in Brazil in a company founded by Germans that has several international quality certificates such as Oeko-Tex, Gots and BCI. The practice of caring for the environment is part of the company's culture.

Q: Why don't you sell waffle weave hand towels separately? They are the best but I have too many bath towels.

That is something that I could never know. Maybe they only come in sets.
