Very nice hat
Well constructed, good fit.My only major complaint is that it was packed in a plastic bag that left the brim rolled up like a cheap cowboy hat. It took steam and 2 hours in a press to get the brim formed back into it's proper shape.

Very pleased
This hat works great for both 50s style clothes and modern! The hat is nice and sturdy but still flexible so you can pop adjust the front to point either up or down. Nice material, and stitching seems to be done well. All around great hat.

Good hat, good price - I would buy it again
I'm going to say that some of the reviews I read about this hat were a little harsh compared to what I received. This is a felt hat. For the price, the quality was exceptionally good. Can you get better, higher quality hats? Yes - for more money. But for a medium grade felt hat, nicely lined, I'd buy this hat again for this price. The hat fits a little snug around my head so I'm going to say that for my size, 7 1/8, that the size runs just a little small. Easily corrected though! For a small sum, you can purchase a hat jack device which fits inside the sweat band and simply tighten the jack and leave the hat over night. By tomorrow I expect that it will fit comfortably around my head. Again, for this price range, to expect a custom fit might be somewhat unreasonable. The only criticism I have which cost this product a star is that the ivory color felt had slight smudges where someone has been handling it. I will try to clean it a little when I have time but if I were to wear it now, I don't think anyone else would notice. I'm just particular that way.So, in sum, for $33 I have a great hat, nicely lined. The headband was nicely fixed to the outside of the hat. The feather was a nice addition but can be removed if you don't like it. The brim can be worn up or down. The felt is flexible and firm but not floppy like I read in some of the reviews. For the price, this is a good hat.

A Wow Factor!
The felt hat is what I was looking for. The price was what I was looking to pay for. The shape of the hat fits perfectly.

This hat is superior quality
I have a new favorite hat, This hat is more comfortable than most of my hats and looks great, I have 8 hats of all different kinds, and they are all great hats but this hat is all quality and comfort, I forget that I have it on and the compliments just keep on commin. for the price I paid there is no way I can get a better deal for a hat that should have cost alot more. This was a real thumbs up find. Its a fitted hat and is not crushable so it stays as nice as the day you buy it. I totally recomend this hat to anyone who wants a fedora with lots of class.

Warm but stiff
I chose this Stacey Adams Cannery Row wool fedora because I wanted something brown and protective, and that's what I got. The hat is well made and lined to keep your head warm in the winter wind. The crown is stiff (I think it's called structured), but that's really not bad because the hat holds its shape. People in the street have complimented me on this beautiful hat. However, I wanted the front brim to slope downward (like in the picture) but the brim, while pliant, always returns to its original, flat-out position. If like me you want your two-inch brim closer to your brow, you should buy an unlined, packable wool felt fedora instead, one already shaped that way. It would be cheaper. And you won't feel crushed if somebody on the bus sat on your hat.

Trash
I sent this back. It is very stiff and very cheaply made. They also dont pack the hats well with Amazon. They just toss is in a big box and dont secure it. So the brim is usually bent up. I love fedoras. My advice is find a hat shop in your area. Or buy from a reputable hat shop and let them fit you kr a legitimate online hat seller. I use FashionableHats.com more now if I want an inexpensive hat. They also box them well so they arent bent up in shipping. Meyerthehatter.com is a nice shop in New Orleans thats very well know too. Just know if you want a good hat you'll spend $200+ for one. But if you can find a hat shop go there first and figure out what you really like before buying online.
