Great replacement band
This replacement Fitbit holder works well with Charge 4 after the original band broke. Fit bit stays on snug and easy to charge. Glad to have this option to continue using my Fitbit.

Don't throw out fitbit if band tabs break!
Very useful! When my wife's fitbit inevitably broke one of the wristband tabs she had to order a new one. She was gonna throw the old one out. Instead, I found this and it works great! Comfortable and good looking. So now I have a new fitbit and there is a bit less e-waste

Massive Improvement - Saves Buying A New Fitbit!
So I literally just opened and put this on, but I had to review it. As anyone who is here probably knows, Fitbits have an issue with connectors snapping off, making it impossible to attach to the usual bands. That’s where something like this comes in to save the day and your wallet. This is the position I found myself in quite a while ago now, and I purchased another of this type of band. It was far from perfect, but it worked. I saw this and saw the opportunity for an upgrade, and boy was I right! The other product was clunky and bulky, ofter getting caught in sleeves or hitting stuff while living day to day life. The area around the screen was also raised, often getting stuff stuck in a line around the edge (gross) and making it difficult to scroll across due to narrowing the accessibility of the screen. In an instant, this band has solved both those issues. No bulk, nice and smooth, full access to the touch screen. I’m already in love! Cons: You have to remove to charge. This was true with the old one as well. It is also a little more difficult to get in and out and on and off than the other one was, BUT it’s a lot more secure once on and no having the little slides that hold the band down moving around constantly needing to be fixed. I can’t yet speak to durability, obviously, and I don’t know how annoying getting it in and out or off and on is going to be, but my current opinion is that it will be a minute or so of extra work every week or so compared to regular aggravation constantly, which is a good trade off. I literally just bought a back up.

Easy replacement.
My hubby’s band for his Fitbit broke off completely, so I ordered this one to hole the Fitbit and it was a perfect fit and so easy for him. We have had these fitbits for over 5 years.

Best Fitbit Charge 6 Band
As an owner of a Fitbit Charge 6 this is undoubtedly the best band I could ever ask for. Its seek no bulky design makes it perfect for everyday use and fits comfortably. Being able to take my Fitbit out of the case for cleaning has never been easier and yet it perfectly snug while wearing. The way the watch itself sits in the case automatically protects it from wear and tear bumping into things. Couldn't ask for anything more but I pair this with a scratch resistant screen protector just to be on the safe side. Been wearing for 2 months straight with zero issues.

Gheper watchband not as durable as I had hoped.
Initially I had hoped that these replacement bands would be suitable to house the FitBit Pebble that the band attachment bracket fell off. The pebble needs to be charged weekly so the band clasp failed and is not durable to withstand repeatedly being removed. I have had the band for two years so it was only removed weekly during that time - say 100 times and it failed. Given that there are no alternatives to holding the FitBit Pebble I will have to purchase another one and so this band should be considered a wear item requiring periodic replacement.

Clever Fix for Apparent Design Flaw
This is based on my limited experience and some speculation. The item took over a month to be delivered, and I'm guessing that is because the demand is high. It was worth the wait. I really like my Charge 4, a Fitbit product that is now discontinued. One of the stubs to which the OEM band attaches failed such that the clip mechanism wouldn't work, but the watch still functions well. I fixed that by using Gorilla Glue to re-attach the band at that point - and that helped for a while, until the original band began to wear out. I wrote to Fitbit to ask if they had a solution, and they offered me a newer model "discounted" to a price over that available in the market. Because this popular model was discontinued and because the item reviewed here is apparently well received, I'm guessing the failed band connector is a common problem, not just damage I may have caused. I chipped and filed away the Gorilla Glue and old band segment. This new band doesn't need that part. Here are the attributes of interest: 1. Makes it possible to use the Charge 4 after the band attachment fails. 2. Allows operation of the watch using the button though the button us covered by the rubber case. 3. Allows the watch to be charged without removing the case, though some care is required in connecting the charging device. 4. Features the means to tuck in the tail of the band so it is not floppy and does not need a retainer. 5. The pin that sets the spot where the length around one's wrist is metal, not just a rubber nub, so that appears to be a good material choice. 6. The band looks great - better than the originals. Recommended.

WILL fit...WON'T work....
The FitBit 6 FOB WILL fit this but will NOT work. The FitBit 6 has metal "sensor" pads built into the edges to take ECG, EDA, O2 SAT, etc. This band will cover these sensors and render almost half of the FitBit 6 functions inoperable. Now, if these are not things you need/want (why would you then buy a FitBit 6?) then by all means this will fit the FOB - but if getting all the vital health/fitness parameters your looking for is important, then pass on this.
