Well, am assuming it's doing its job. Coz these are very hard product to notice any difference. It's like a overall health product (unless you are deficient). But for the product packaging, tablet quality, seemed to be premium. I like it, now I use this product regularly.

After doing so much of research I came across with TATA 1MG CALCIUM+VITAMIN D3 along with all other vitamin content,which are actually required for your good bones. It's Value for money . As a fitness freak I was searching with all combinations in 1 bottle and I found it. All nutrients are important to keep your bones strong and easy to use. Cost effective. its having magnesium oxide, which is a laxative, not a high absorbsion magnesium, after using for few days i get loose motion, be careful before buying, i cant return it now.
