Q: Is it supposed to be an oil? The one I just got is very watery

It is supposed to be watery, yes. Despite being watery, it works very well. The watery nature allows me to spread it on my head easier. I just finished off my first bottle of this stuff, and this is the only haircare/beauty product I have ever sought out to buy again - I cannot sing its praises enough. You won't be disappointed.

Q: Does this actually help with dry flaky scalp?

I have had it for about a month now and have not noticed it helping with dry flaky scalp yet but everyone has different experiences so maybe it will work for you.

Q: Does this product make it more greasy/oily?

I found that when I blow dry my hair after rubbing in the oil, it doesn't look greasy. When I put in the oil then let my hair air dry, it does look a bit oily and weighted down. When I put the oil in at night on previously blow dried hair and sleep on it, it looks oily/wet when I first put it on but after sleeping on it, it is absorbed into my hair/scalp and doesn't look greasy in the morning!

Q: How to use? wash, condition, towel dry, apply scalp treatment, do not rinse out. do i have this correct? not sure about the conditioning.

Just squeeze directly on your scalp. Let it sit, no drying or rinsing. It supposed to stop itching. Thats the reason I bought it.
