Perfect to have on hand for a large group.
We have a lot of gatherings with appetizers and entrees that use wasabi, so the small cans they offer at the supermarket don't last nor are cost effective for our needs. This can will last for a good number of gatherings and allow me to use it in my recipes when I want to spice up the dish a little more. Makes a great wasabi paste for sushi and seared fish dishes as well as in sauces for many different dishes.Great price, great product. :)

Flavorless
This wasabi is practically flavorless.I bought it because it came in a larger size than the S&B brand for less money, now I understand why it was so inexpensive.I added 2X the amount of this product compared to the amount I normally use of the S&B brand for my wasabi mashed potatoes. It turned them a nice pistachio green but it did not give them the desired kick.Very disappointing, my recommendation is that you do not buy this product

Wasabi, where have you been ?
I have neglected using you on so many dishes for a needed punch. Easiest deviled addictive eggs with 1 tsp wasabi, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise. Popcorn and melted butter? List is endless. Try some.

Will get the job done but I prefer what I get when I go out over this.
Alright but it's really gritty if you mix it to the consistency of what you'd get from a restaurant. If you dilute it more its okay but then is runny. Flavor wise, its also only "okay" and I taste mostly horseradish but you can tell its definitely not the same.
