We use olive oil in most of our cooking. The spray great when wanting to use smaller amounts of olive oil.

This stuff is great! Light flavor, never a rancid or a chemical taste and super slick. Nothing sticks! So much better than the grocery store offerings and cheaper too!

The spray oil has a weird taste - not at all like the La Espanola oil in the square can, which I love. Maybe they used a bad process or added other ingredients to the spray? Anyway, I will not buy this spray again. But if you are looking for a wonderful Italian olive all, then the La Espanola Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the square can is the best!
