I bought these for an elderly relative who has quite swollen feet and finds it difficult to put on regular slippers.When they arrived, I initially thought they were the wrong size, as it has 8 moulded into the sole. I then realised that is the American size, as the label confirmed size 7 UK. Phew.They are very well made: the soles are tough and a good thickness while still being flexible, and are as robust looking as you might expect on an actual shoe.The uppers are a nice, soft fabric, ridged slightly like corduroy.The inner sole is thinly layered with memory foam, feeling springy and comfy to the touch.The rear Velcro sections separate to allow the heel in, as do the uppers, allowing even quite swollen feet to slip in easily.My relative said they are very comfortable to wear, keep their feet warm, and feel secure when walking in them.One consideration is whether the person has difficulty bending down, as they may not be what you typically think of as slip-ons, so reaching the Velcro straps to open and close them might require some assistance. Also, someone with weak or arthritic fingers could find the straps fiddly. These are not really criticisms, as they are inherent to this type of design, but may be worth bearing in mind.-Pros: • Well designed • Good support. • Strong and durable build quality • Reasonably priced • Comfortable to wear • Highly adjustable upper • Keep feet warm • Good longevity • Good grip to help prevent slips-Cons: • Limited adjustment in rear Velcro heel section • Inner rear fabric can fold and snag when inserting heel • Slightly heavier than some slipper types • Velcro straps could be difficult for people with weak or arthritic fingersOverall, these are very good slippers, well made, durable and comfortable. They are ideal for a person who is unable to fit into ordinary slippers and needs an adjustable option like these. After eight months of daily use, they still look pretty much like new, so I would certainly recommend them, and I’m happy to give a full five-star rating.I hope this review was helpful

Very easy to put on with velcro openers fit very well light perfect if you have swollen feet

Excellent slippers for bandaged feet, so easy to put on and secure. No need to go up a size, normal shoe/slipper size is perfect. If in doubt draw around bandaged feet on cardboard and compare to size chart.Really pleased, have not experienced rotten sole as in previous ratings. They are also ideal for outdoor use, ie hospital visits, so much easier than struggling with normal shoes or slippers.

Very pleased with these. I needed wider fitting footwear simply because I have broad feet.These are light weight and good value for money. There is a thin layer of memory foam inserted in the sole and this is sufficient to make them very comfortable.My physical foot (not shoe) size is a UK size10 and I usually wear size 12 shoes. In slippers and sandals I comfortably drop a size to an 11. Being fabric uppers these slippers fit perfectly for me in a size 11.I would have chosen a slightly different style had it been available elsewhere at a similar price, hence 4 stars.

These slippers are great, I have bought a pair in every colour for my Dad, he now has a pair for every outfit because he can’t get his shoes on anymore you can adjust them to fit and his feet are extremely swollen couldn’t get any others to fit that said extra wide fit but these are ideal and fit brilliantly. 10 out of 10!! 👍

These slippers bought for dad. Very comfy with the memory foam sole. Strong design and quite robust as slippers go.The only issue was i ordered a 9 for dad but was sent a 10. Sent email to seller about this but never had a reply, not good.Cannot argue about delivery as was quick 2 days. Price was good. If you buy these just make sure size is correct otherwise a good purchase

Comfortable to wear

I bought these slippers for my father who has very swollen and tender feet.We have tried many slippers and these ones have come out on top!With the adjustable velcro top and the opening in the back plus memory foam bottom… they are very easy for him to put on plus offer soft comfort and tender feet.Excellent product and I am buying them in each colour.They are also true to size .

My husband has a medical condition that causes edema and extremely swollen feet and lower legs. When it flares up, he's unable to wear normal shoes, and even "wide" width and diabetic shoes are too small. However, he's still fully mobile, so he needs footwear with proper soles on them to wear when he leaves the house vs. just socks with anti-slip rubber grip bottoms, and these have been the best option that we've found so far.What he likes most:Because both the upper section and heels are adjustable (many similar shoes only have Velcro tabs on top), these are able to adjust to a full range of different sizes and also accommodate times when one foot is more swollen than the other.The memory foam insoles and fabric upper section are both very soft and comfortable.In addition to the Velcro flaps on top, the tongue is only attached along its upper edge, which means that it can be flipped up to fully open the upper section and allow him to step straight down into them rather than needing to pull them on. That's a big help when his legs are swollen to the point that it's difficult to bend them up to reach his feet.The rubber soles are solid and stable to walk in.What he would change if he could:These are heavier than expected due to the thick soles, and his feet already feel very heavy from the excess fluid in them, so he wishes they weighed less overall.The edging around the upper Velcro tabs is a little bit stiff and can sometimes dig into the front of his legs where his feet and ankles meet, so he'd like that to be a little softer, and he also wishes that the tabs were placed a little further out to be more over the center of his foot and away from his ankle.As a whole, the pros far outweigh the cons, though, so we would definitely recommend them and plan to buy more in the other colors as well.
