Reasonable price
My budget was really tight, I did a lot of research. Most of gym power tower pull up bar equipments were over my budget. I found this pull up bar. The price was very reasonable, it is under my budget. I decided to give it a try. After I get it, I am very happy with this order. This pull up bar equipment is very well made. It is very easy to assemble. It took me around 20 minutes to finish all the job. It is very sturdy. The heights can be easily adjusted to different levels as you need. I can use it to do multiple exercise, it can be used as pull up bar, leg push up, horizontal bar. It is amazing I can did exercise at my home instead of going to the gym in the cold winter time. It save me the gym membership fee, gas and my time. The quality of this equipment is good. I like it.

Great simple pull-up/dip/core device.
For the price (pre-rona I’m not sure what it costs now) it’s just what I needed. Back in 2008 I was sick of being overweight and out of shape. I wasn’t really heavy but I was sloppy. I bought a popular DVD workout program from an infomercial (P90X) and I said to myself that if I ever followed through with anything in my life, I was gonna do this. I stuck to the promise I made to myself. Over the course of 90 days I lost 40lbs, got my earring right and toned up well. When I was done the program I did it again, and again. I lived in a condo at the time and I didn’t have much space to have and store equipment. My point is, I got in the best shape of my life and better shape than most people see in their lifetime with very little equipment. I had set of adjustable Weider weights (up to 25lbs), some bands and a pull up bar. That’s it! So if you’re looking at this I’m sure it’s because you’re looking for something to help you get your workout in at home. It’s super simple, just a stationary piece of metal but it’s a great piece of equipment. If I had this back when I started it would have made my workouts soo much easier because it’s several pieces of equipment in one. It has two dip handles in the front but I also use the straight support bar along the back that is about at knee hight for seated or straight leg dips. It also has great range for any kind of pull-ups. You don’t need any fancy equipment and gadgets to get great results. Just keep it simple and add hard work and determination. I threw in a photo from my first day at a real gym, 4 years after I had only worked out at home with the equipment I mentioned above. Now I have a house and a little more room so I got some upgrades that make it easier/quicker but not necessary. You believed in Santa for 6+ years. You can’t believe in yourself for a few months? You got this!

Decent product for the money. Some flaws that make me question how well it’ll hold up.
Arm pads seem like cheaper quality, even at this price point. The arms of the dip station have a fair bit of flex to them from side to side. Seems ok for now but makes me wonder about the longevity of the product. They just don’t feel very sturdy.Lack of a back pad seemed like no big deal but upon setting up I can see how much better it would be to have one (fair is fair, it’s not like they said it comes with one). The rest of the product works as expected and seems pretty decent for the price. Bear in mind that depending how low a ceiling you have, it may be an issue. At the very lowest setting, you won’t fimd much room between your arms and the dip bars. This is an issue since my basement ceiling is quite low (6’8” about). Meaning that the next setting up has my head hitting the ceiling. Will have to move upstairs. This is not an issue of the product as much as it is an issue of my own home, but just keep this in mind as you consider any adjustable pull up station.Overall, decent product with some flaws that id hope to avoid even at this price point. I’m considering a return but not sure I want the hassle.Update... after several months of usage, the product is holding up well. The arm pads aren’t actually too bad and give enough support, thought I still doubt they’ll hold up well in the long run. Probably my one main complaint is the sideways flex that the dip bars have. I just feel sometimes that I can feel the movement during my reps and it makes me feel a little Unconfident. That being said, I’m sure that some flex is accounted for when the product is built; this isn’t pro grade material, and would probably snap if there wasn’t at least some flex in the metal. Still, I just wish it felt a bit more sturdy. Overall, for the price, this is far from a bad product. Im updating to 4 stars. Hope this helps.

I have to punch a hole my self.
The product was good but lack of attention to details! I was going to give it a good rating for the value and sturdiness but halfway doing this assembly I found out I had to punch a hole that was supposed to be there already! I should get a discount for it?

Great for Low Ceilings & Great Customer Service
Item works as expected. I only have a 7' 6" basement ceiling, so needed a power tower that could adjust to lower heights and didn't take up too much space. This product did just that. I am 6' and 160lbs and this holds up fine. Also, the product arrived with one of the 2 plastic caps that go on the ends of one of the bars broken. I contacted their customer service and they responded promptly and ultimately shipped me a replacement cap for free and without hassle!

strong metal. Super value.
hubby and other family members love it. It was easy to assemble and really helps stretch out the back (vertebrae) by Letting one's own bodyweight hang while the elbows and back are supported.
