Product stopped working in less than two days! It doesn’t charge anymore which is really annoying as I really needed this for a race

ONLY gave 4* because I ordered this case for my 14 so when I was on holiday I didn’t have to carry a battery pack and it did the job but there are some bad things about it. Like it doesn’t charge properly it’s meant to just stay on your phone and just charge them both at the same time I have noticed it says it’s charging but it doesn’t so I have to take my phone out charge my phone and case separately , also have noticed the charger doesn’t stay in the case like it doesn’t click in so have to balance it and keep an eye on wile it is charging. Other than that if the case is fully charged it will charge my phone to another full charge.

Bought this case to ensure phone gets and extra few charges during a holiday, great for that. The main issue I have with it is the quality of the matt finishe, it pretty much peeled off after a week and keep finding black flakes everywhere as a result.

Had 2 of these now, first one was great for a while but then the battery compartment began to expand and pushed the phone outwards, on the replacement the connection to the phone failed after a week despite not removing it from first installation - the connection on this type of case is fragile and easily damaged if not inserted correctly. Think I'm going to avoid these issues and try a magsafe wireless pack...
