I have attempted many times to get a refund but Amazon comment keeps appearing saying I am not eligible gif a refund!!! Daylight robbery when the fault is of the seller.I also contacted seller and they advised to use a converter as tge item is US product 110/120vI have tried several and different plug sockets of mine yet it still is not workingI live in Dubai & bought a relevant Transformer for the appliance 110/120v (US) - 210/220v (Dubai) as advised by a qualified electrician and if still did not work.It’s a shame as the appliance looks good, a great capacity for what i required.
