Truly DISGUSTING - UNDRINKABLE
I bought this item in good faith. Tried it today and it’s truly DISGUSTING - I had one scoof then put the rest down the sink. The Chili flavour hits the back of your throat and you want to vomit!!!!

Pros: -no fizz or popping when opening up your bottle. -1000 mg of sodium just like that makes life so much easier. -no other supplement has a similar portion per satchet. -enough to last 5-9 weeks. Cons: -why is it spicy? -when opening the satchet you'll cough a lot.

This absolutely tastes amazing and I know it says that you can put it with so many ounces, but I put it with 40 and it still nice and strong. So yes I know they are pricey, but it’s absolutely phenomenal. If I could afford it, I would constantly have this in stock. Thank you LMNT for making such a yummy tasting product. I desperately needed help for hydration when I was breast-feeding. And even though I’m still breast-feeding by far, it has helped me the most keep hydrated to make the most breastmilk. I just wish I could afford keeping it in stock. But I notice a substantial difference when I take this consistently. I literally make at least 3 to 4 ounces more per pumping. I love how hydrated it makes me.

The best flavor of them all. Like that this brand doesn't have sugar. I know they recently were under fire for not disclosing some ingredients. But it's my favorite electrolyte powder. Definitely on the pricey side, but super tasty and good amount of salt. I am a big fan of saltier electrolyte mixes. If you don't like salt you might not like this. The mango chili flavor is just so good and unmatched.
