My husband’s review was really worth the money yes it’s a bit expensive but it’s worth it he that’s before gym and he gets such a shot or energy can push more weight and gives him so much energy feels good.

These are great. Easily dissolve in water without any effort and taste refreshing too. Great way to start your day by re-hydrating your body after 8 hours of sleep. Alternatively, perfect for fitness purposes too.

I really like the LMNT electrolyte drink mix but I usually drink the unflavored one. Although the flavored ones do not contain sugar, they have 2 g of carbohydrates and stevia leaf extract. 10 calories per serve. I would but this product again though as a good replacement for sports drinks.
