Per the Nutrition Facts on the Box, it shows Total Sugar 5 grams (each packet is 12 grams including coffee, powder cream and sugar)

Q: Can you make iced coffe with this?

Yes, I have used it for iced coffee. I used 2-3 Maxpresso coffee sticks per glass of iced coffee (depending on the size of the glass), as it becomes diluted by the ice. Completely dissolve the Maxpresso coffee in hot water. Add 3-4 ice cubes and stir til coffee chills. Optional for summer drink: add one scoop vanilla ice cream. It does contain instant espresso coffee. The Maxpresso sticks packets contain espresso coffee, creamer and sugar in each packet and is NOT stronger than a single espresso without the sugar and creamer.
