Q: How to fix it when the sound keeps cutting out?

I'd like to know that too! I think it will stop if I close my Google email while listening to music, because I do get an audible alert when new email comes to my Inbox. That is what I'm going to try first.

I would take it to a Geek Squad/Best Buy type store. They will have the correct USB to mini ?? cords because this looks like a very standard type of cord.
