Little Giant Diaphragm Swirtch
I used this to replace a pendent float switch that was unreliable due to space limitations in my sump. Little Giant products are very high quality and this one is no exception. Before installing, I tested it in the sink and it was very accurate. Supplied hardware makes it easy to install. However, this particular switch trips at 10" which is a little deep and caused me to have to position it near the bottom of the sump. To get it that low, I had to make a special bracket out of PVC pipe. The 20' cord may be needed for some applications, but it's pretty long too. Anyway, the thing works perfectly, and the price and delivery were great.

Good Quality, Works as it should, Kicks on at 15" and off at 5"
This switch replaced a poorly designed Rigid solid state switch that kept the pump running once wet paper got stuck on it. The switch works as it should, BUT.... just fyi.... This switch kicks on at approximately 15" and off at 5," information that was not included in the product description. I have included a table from the manual to help assist those who need a different model that kicks off at a lower depth.

Junk
I tried using it on a sewage ejection pump. I put it in 3 different locations in the tank. I tried 3 different depths. During testing the float never turned the pump on. However if I pressed on the bladder with my little finger, it would activate the pump. Piece-of-junk

Great addition to any pump
Easy to install, this little add-on turns any pump into an automatic pump, allowing you to set the water levels to your liking. I had one similar to this but the rubber diaphragm which senses the water pressure got stiff with age (probably 15 years old) and it didn't shut off after the water level dropped. This one works like a charm so far, and if it lasts half as long as my old one I'll be happy.

Seems good so far.
Easy to install and works fine. The power cord is way too long--but better too long than too short. Quality seems good. It is getting a work out with heavy rains lately.

Very nicely built switch that can be mounted about anywhere, seems to be working great. i would buy again easy install

Saved hundreds of dollars
Ejector pump failed. Pulled it, switch defective. Researched replacement switches, ordered it and it came quickly. Mounted it, dropped it in, worked perfectly. Saved me several hundreds of dollars by not having to replace the entire pump.
