My bi-lingual toddler loves this book. I read it to her in English and daddy reads it to her in Spanish. She still hits though. But she’s a toddler… Will continue to read it to her until she understands what we are reading. As for now, she just loves the images and colors

Muy bueno a los niños les encantan

“Hands are not for hitting” is must have book for any toddler to help them better than understand why not to hit. We read this book almost daily, along with others in the series, especially now that my toddler has a baby brother. We can see it has had a very positive timpact on my older son. I love that it’s bilingual, and helps strengthen our vocabulary and make sure he understands the concepts in both languages.

Très Bien. Ce livre attire bien l'attention des petits, avec des messages clairs et de leurs quotidien ils comprennent l'importance de mains. Le seul regret c'est que la phrase du titre soit formulée par une négation, mais le contenu du livre est très positif. Livre en Espagnol - Anglais

Compré el libro porque nuestra hija pasaba por la fase de pegar en cuanto se sintiera un poco frustrada o molesta, y ha sido un éxito. Se lo he leído en ambos idiomas (es una edición bilingüe inglés/español) decenas de veces y ya no pega prácticamente nunca (una vez al mes en vez de todos los días). Si lo hace, le recordamos que "las manos no son para pegar, ¿para qué son?" y surte efecto. En nuestro caso, ha sido un éxito. El libro aguantará hasta que tengamos otro niño porque las páginas son de cartón duro; los dibujos son sencillos y de colores atractivos y los textos son breves y fáciles de recordar.
