Q: Whats new about this Jeyes product? Is there a Jeyes with less of a strong smell?

The smell is bit less 'tarry' smell, I preferred the old type of thick brown, but the new one is clear and lighter smell

Q: Is this concentrated and needs diluting?

I never dilute it - always just pour straight down the outside drains

Q: Does this damage grass or harm the soil?

Not too sure about grass, but we use it on the soil in the winter to get rid of bugs etc.
