This is one of the ingredients in a leading "brain health supplement". Recreating it by purchasing the items separately is a lot less expensive.

This is a really good product, i highly recommend it. I think a lot of people underestimate proper Folate levels, and this is way better than Folic Acid, or Folinic Acid for that matter. Remember, Folic Acid is not Folate, Folic Acid is synthetic and can cause problems, Methylfolate works wonders, at least for me. Make sure you're getting your other B vitamins though, especially B12 (since B12 and Folate work together). I seriously can't recommend this product enough, and after looking into the science behind how Folate works and what all it's involved in (especially Tetrahydrobiopterin synthesis which is involved in neurotransmitter synthesis, and especially when it comes to Cerebral Folate Deficiency), this is one nutrient you absolutely require on a daily basis and other forms of Folate just do not compare, ime. Stick with it though, take it once a day (preferably with food and other B vitamins) and give it at least 2 to 4 months, though i'd recommend to keep it up life-long, ya know? I mean it, do not underestimate the power of Methylfolate, it's something that i feel people are lacking these days.

Excellent product. This is my second time ordering. This product has help lower my blood pressure, my mood has been happier not to mention my folate levels are within normal range again. If you're lacking folate in your body this product is good and will get you feeling back to normal after the first week I saw a big difference overall. Go ahead try them you will not be disappointed.

Personally I think everybody needs to take this gives me a second wind in the afternoon. I have so much more energy than I’ve ever had at 54 years old supposedly helping with my anxiety and heart health and I feel better.

I ordered this Nutri 5-MTHF L Methylfolate 15MG since I was running low on the one I usually take. They are a little wider than the capsules I normally take because the shape is different. I didn't know that l-methylfolate came in tablet form. My neurologist recommended I take them daily due to MG; therefore, I've been taking this supplement for the past year and a half. I have not had much trouble swallowing these tablets. I like that they are in tablet form because when I'm having trouble getting medication down, this will start to dissolve faster than a capsule. I have not noticed any difference since taking them; however, I have not had any ill reactions or side effects from taking them either. The price was also cheap in comparison with the price I usually pay for this supplement of the same strength. I like that they are vegetarian; although it does not mention being gluten-free. I will reorder these if I continue to do well throughout the rest of the bottle.

Note capsules are more than twice the current product size for a single serving (15 mg)! These are therefore easier to swallow. Also I can guess absorption time of delivery is shorter compared to capsules. Seller provides 20% off second of a same or other of their Amazon products by web site!! Scored tablets can be broken if you might want 7.5 mg serving. A+ Nature's Fusion!!!

Highly recommend. Great product, affordable and also helped w/ horrendous joint & muscle pain due to menopause— noticed after taking less than 1-2wks.
