Low Price, Long Length, Worked with My Meters
I have a dedicated Omega handheld digital thermometer as well as a Fluke 110 meter with add-on thermocouple attachment, and both of them needed new temperature sensors since the wire insulation on the originals was getting badly frayed.I decided to try these out since I am just a DIYer and hobbyist, not somebody who relies on precisely calibrated temperature data on a daily basis. For what I do, they are a great value. They are longer than the original sensor wires and work as well as the originals on both instruments, fitting securely into the jacks and operating without any surprises. Since I got three, I even have a spare! If you are like me and just want to see how well your HVAC or car air conditioner is working or take other non-critical temperature measurements, these are definitely worth a try. I'm not sure how long the fiberglass insulation on the wires is going to last, but I don't anticipate any problems since both of my meters are stored in cases and not abused.I'm not set up to evaluate how precisely accurate these are. If that is a concern to you, you probably want to stick with replacements from Fluke or another big name (that will cost a lot more). For my needs, they are an excellent value.

A great value and good sensors too
I ordered this set of three K Type temp sensors because I melted the one I had been using by trying to measure hot exhaust. Lesson learned. I'm happy to report that this 3-pack will likely last me a lifetime provided I don't do anything stupid again. The cord is super-long, which makes this a very versatile temp sensor. I'm soooo tempted to take advantage of its length to again try and read exhaust temps but this time from the comfort of indoors but I won't! A+ product with quick delivery.

Good cheap option for K Style
Now, I wouldn't use this in a long term industrial setting, but for me, having some probes at home to hook up to detect temperatures of water and other stuff is nice since I have animals all over the property. There's probably 2 reasons you're looking this up. Either you're maintenance looking to save some cash on consumables for your work center, or you're an engineer/hobbyist looking to mess around with them for projects. If it's going in an industrial site, get a more durable one, if you're learning about them or putting them in an environment which isn't nearly as abusive, they'll work.

Junk
You get what you pay for (not much) with these thermocouples. One came with the polarity reversed, so the temperature reading went up as the temperature went down. The other two were more than 5 degrees F off for temperatures below 80 degrees F… I didn’t even bother continuing testing. It’s hard to get a thermocouple wrong unless you use cheap alloys for the metal, and the price indicates this. Another downside is that the measuring end is just bare wire, with no tip or lug so they can be difficult to attach to the item you want to measure. And as another reviewer noted, the cheap fiberglass insulation flakes off. Wear gloves or expect itchy hands after handling.I prefer devices with an appropriate probe, tip, or lug for more specific applications, and wires that are an appropriate length for the project. Spend the money for something better if accuracy and fit are important.
