Great product
I have stomach issues due to Gastritis, I had a lot of pain recently and it takes forever to get in to see a my doctor. I started taking this after 2 weeks of pain and not being able to eat any solids. Day one I only took 1 pill to see if I had issues, the 2nd day I took 2 pills with a meal and for the first time it really helped. Every day I was better and started eating real food with no problems. It hasn't been a week yet and I'm at least 80% better.

Gallstones/Gallbladder Health
My cousin said that she takes Marshmallow Root (Nature's Way 480mg), and Slippery Elm Bark when she's having gallbladder issues. I'm in a gallbladder group on Facebook, that suggested Tudca (Nutricost). Out of desperation, I bought all three, and the combination has really helped me. I haven't had a gallbladder attack since, and I've had a noticeable decrease in gallbladder pain, and the symptoms that come with gallstones. I can't be certain which supplement is aiding the most relief for me, but, I will continue to keep this particular brand of slippery elm bark as part of my gallbladder support combo since I have had success.

Better gut health with this!!
Slippery elm bark helps with all kinds of digestive issues-- even if you don't think you have them! If you have any SKIN issues (dry flaky skin, psoriosis, rosacea, etc) then YOU HAVE GUT ISSUES. Slippery elm bark will help, and I personally don't like the sliminess of the tea. Some people do. But these capsules are great, easy to take, and within a couple of weeks I noticed my skin feeling smoother and softer too.

Hurts my Stomach
Bought this as it was recommended for GI issues. Not sure if its just me but I got a stomach ache within 20 minutes of taking a dose. Tried 3 days in a row thinking maybe it was something else. Nope. Pain. 3 stars as it’s not really the supplements fault per se, I’m guessing I’m just sensitive to it.

This stuff is amazing!
My husband has been through hell with GERD and misdiagnosed with everything from pancreatitis to ulcers. All the conventional medications and pain meds did nothing for him. After just a few days of taking these capsules he is pain and heartburn free! It is literally like someone flipped a switch inside him and he is feeling great for the first time in months!

Slippery elm has kind of changed my life
About 2 years ago, I started having severe gastric issues. After ‘modern medicine’ decided to remove my gall bladder for $10, 000+ and I was still suffering the exact same issues (and actually the issues worsened...thank you, useless doctors) I found references online to slippery elm, marshmallow root and licorice root. By using a combination of these 3 products on a strict, daily schedule for about 3-4 months, my issues have been resolved. I do continue to take slippery elm occasionally but not on a daily basis. I’m just shocked at how much my gastric health improved with this herb. I do think the warnings for pregnant and nursing women should be stated more strongly for this product. In case anyone doesn’t know, apparently this herb can cause miscarriage of pregnancy. That’s very serious and should be the first thing people know about this product.
