I've used this for over a month now and regret buying it. I honestly don’t understand how this ended up as an Amazon’s Choice product. It feels like there was little to no Japanese design involved—aside from the name. The product design is just bad.It has a powerful motor and comes with four jars—you’d think that would be a recipe for success. Unfortunately, everything about its functionality is a letdown. Trying to make juice using the sieve and plastic jar? Good luck. The design forces you to stop repeatedly just to push ingredients in using a small stick that doesn’t reach everything. The opening is too narrow to be practical.Without the sieve, things don’t improve. The small blades sit in the center with a gap around them, and the jar’s shape doesn’t guide ingredients toward the blade. The powerful motor causes everything to spin away from the blades instead of being processed, even with plenty of water.The transparent jar is practically useless, and the metal jar suffers from the exact same poor design. The two grinders—large and small—have strong blades, but the jars share the same flaw. You can't grind anything properly because the motor is too fast. Ingredients just get flung to the sides, away from the blades, and stay there.Simple tasks become frustratingly long. You’ll spend almost an hour to get through any basic job because you’ll keep stopping to open the jar and push things back toward the blades.This product appears to be fully designed and manufactured in India, simply using the Panasonic brand name. Even the plastic molds show flaws, and the loud gold and red sticker gives it more of a festive Diwali feel than that of a quality kitchen appliance.

Been using it for a couple of months now. It’s made in India and works perfectly for Indian food be it making chutney or grinding haldi or making mango shake. I’ve previously tried French and British brands but they’re not designed for Indian food and leaks stuff. This one is at par with Sujata mixer grinder
