Overall, this appears to be a good product and will serve my purposes well. Time will tell how many years it will hold up; that is charging and recharging, etc. The manual is written in both English and German and as a product of China it was converted from Chinese to English. That is probably the only real weakness to the product; that is, the manual lacks much to be desired. So here are a couple of items to be aware of: Charging: The manual says when you plug it in for charging the Charge Light will be Red. On my unit it is blinking red. When fully charged the light will go out. After 2.5 hours of charging it was still blinking, I unplugged it and fired it up and the charge indicator implied it was fully charged. So, I will use it until I dead and then put it through its charging passes. So, if I leave it plugged in longer, the charge light may go out. I will find out next time around. Connecting the 16’ scope light cable. There is a release and attach “lock” on the top of the unit, not mentioned in the manual. You will be able to figure it out. There are about a dozen funny-odd statements in the manual, such as: “The screen can only be rotated 180 degrees. Do not rotate too hard to avoid damaging the product”. I think what they are really trying to say is don’t bend the 16’ lens camera cable too much or it will break. Here is a real positive not mentioned in the sales information. The 16’ cable is stiff enough to fish long areas, such as up through an electrical outlet up to 12’ ceilings. I tried it and it worked. Also, you should be able to fashion the cable to go 15’ air ducts, with a little practice, trial and error. The two side cameras are great. For my use, this means I do not need a unit that has the more expensive “steering control” on the cable. Now if I used it every single day, that would be a different requirement.

Not the first time I acquire a product from this brand and it never disappoints. I wasn't expecting something so sturdy and an image quality so good for this price tag. Had the opportunity to experience their customer service and they are very professional and care for customer satisfaction.
