From the day I opened the bottle until I finished the last softgel, there was no fishy odour, which is a clear sign the oil had not oxidised. Honest Results: Skin vs. Joints I know many people take this high-dose Omega-3 specifically for joint health; however, in my personal experience, I have not noticed a significant improvement in my joint comfort. That said, I have seen a very positive difference elsewhere: my skin feels much calmer and less reactive, and I find I have an improved sense of general well-being when I take these regularly. This goes to show that everyone’s body utilises these essential fats differently! Value and Concentration While the price point is higher than entry-level brands, the EPA/DHA concentration makes it a better value. I appreciate that these are in the triglyceride form, which is superior for absorption compared to cheaper ethyl ester versions. Flavour and Digestion The lemon flavour is light and pleasant. I have had zero issues with "fish burps" or an aftertaste, which makes it much easier to stick to a daily routine. The Bottom Line If you want a third-party tested, high-potency fish oil that actually stays fresh, this is worth the investment. Even though it did not impact my joints as expected, the benefits for my skin and overall mood make it a staple in my supplement cupboard.

The best quality fish oils out there in my humble opinion and I have studied nutrition. Of not is their high purity stamp this means that it is filtered to higher than government guidelines to remove harmful toxins! I take these in the morning on an empty stomach whilst occasionally get a slight after taste it is never fishy due to the lemon oil used to flavour!

The best quality there is. We’ve been taking these for years and don’t intend to stop given all the widely known health benefits. They are easy to take two at a time and don’t taste bad. I wouldn’t chew them though. A solid buy for the health conscious.

We re-purchase this month after month to achieve our Omega 3 goals. We’ve been taking Omegas for a long time and this one is excellent as you don’t get the nasty fishy flashback with it - there’s a lemon oil added so that when it DOES come back (they ALL do in my experience) it’s pleasant as it’s a lemon essence instead of dead fish. Absolutely worth the money for quality and “taste”!!

Llevo un tiempo tomando los Omega-3 de Nordic Naturals y la verdad es que se nota la calidad. No dejan sabor ni olor a pescado (algo que me pasaba con otras marcas), son fáciles de tragar y el envase mantiene bien las cápsulas. Me gusta que indiquen claramente el contenido de EPA y DHA y que usen aceite purificado y sin aditivos raros. Después de unas semanas, me he notado con más energía y mejor concentración, así que seguiré comprándolos. La única pequeña pega que podría mencionar es que el precio es algo más alto que el de otras marcas, pero en este caso creo que se justifica por la calidad del producto.
