Simple to use!

Comes complete with everything needed. Easy to heat and adjust temperature but the wax is too sticky and difficult to use. The roller doesn’t really work with the sticky wax. Rolling on the skin is difficult. The wax doesn’t take all the hair at once. You have to roll on more. It even takes a little of my skin. My skin reddens and even bruises the skin underneath and the wax wasn’t even that hot. After it reddens, now my skin is dark. It will take time to heal. I think this is too difficult to use and clean up after use. It’s better to get the manual stick honey wax like GiGi.

I bought this product seeing that it is easy to use and portable to use at home, but I have trouble rolling on my skin I am having hard time getting wax out even after it heats up adequately. If you are not pro and until you do your research, please don't get this product .

Very good, it hets up the wax very fast, however the digital button is very sensitive and its very easy to touch it and turn it off during waxing

Stings like a mother when you rip it off—and the worst part? It doesn’t even take the hair, just your skin. The wax stuck everywhere, and I ended up with chunks left behind in my armpit. My husband had to help pick it out while cursing me for buying some janky Amazon waxer.Not worth the hassle or the pain. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
