Great laptop
Ordered this laptop from Europe (Hungary). Laptop arrived in perfect condition.

Laptop arrived damaged!
The ASUS Vivobook 16X OLED Laptop 16" arrived damaged and would not turn on at all. The screen had several cracks in it. Even plugged in it would not even turn on. I sent it back the next day. My return package was received in Phoenix, AZ and received by Bus One on 10/19/2023 at 11:21 am. It is now 10/25/23 and I still have not received a refund back of over $1,500. I am so very upset!
