This item is just as described and I can recommend it without any qualms. I bought it in Eucalyptus and it is a perfect match for the Stanley cup of the same color. It was easy to put on, and it is perfectly snug. It stays on the cup well. It looks professional, like it came with the cup. It is not very distracting and does not stand out, which I like. The material is thin enough and not bulky. It may have made the cup slightly heavier, but not significantly enough to bother me in any way. With the cover on, the cup is quiet when I set it on the table, and doesn't make the terrible metal clanging sound. It protects it from scratches, and I like the lead base of the cup is safely protected and less likely to open up this way, in the long term. Packaging: Just a note- when it arrived in the mail, I was quite confused. It was folded in a vacuum sealed bag and it looked like I had been mailed a clay or polymer leaf. It took me a second to remember what I had ordered! When I opened up the bag, it popped perfectly back into shape. It was a creative way to mail the item in a compact envelope.

Doesn't fir the cup ending up losing it

Ordered the boot for my Stanley cup in transparent. The label on the package indicated I had been sent transparent, but it is not transparent. It is opaque and white. Otherwise the product is great.
