Works on Macbook Air M2
Very easy to setup and so far working great. I bought this for my Macbook Air M2. I have it connected to 2 monitors and they are working great. For my general use I do not experience any lag at all. I would highly recommend this unit for Macbook Air M2 users.Edit:I've had it for a while now and these are the cons I've experienced:- If you work from home and have a company machine, you will need to be able to install the display link driver- You will not be able to play Netflix, Hulu, and videos from most streaming providers- If you're using a mouse's USB bluetooth receiver, it will be super laggy. They will be useless. You can connect your mouse and keyboard using bluetooth to avoid this.- My biggest con is that charging your phone and other devices using this dock will be slooow! I don't know what the power output is, but it's equivalent or worse than using a 5v usb adapter. So if you have a large phone, it will take for-ever!

An excellent MacBook Pro M3 Max Dock (5K Samsung G9 Ultrawide support)
Instantly does what it says it does for my MacBook Pro M3 Max. With a direct connection from Display 1 on the adapter with a DP 1.4 cable, I was getting 5120x1440p on my Samsung G9 ultrawide. Then my second 4k ultrawide connected perfectly as well. I didn’t see any other reviews confirming it, but I’ll be the one to confirm it supports a 5K display out of the box on the latest MacOS.All from 1 cable, which also charges the MacBook at the same time. It feels very futurist to run everything on my desk from one cable, cant recommend it enough!

Three external monitors supported for both Windows and Macbook Pro M3.
The only docking station I found to support three external monitors both Mac and Windows. Windows uses AMD Ryzen with Radeon 890M integrated card), and and Macbook Pro uses M3.Please note that to make it work in recommended (but uncommon) resolutions like 4096x2180 I connected all monitors through HDMI ports, and used latest TB3/USB4 cable. When connected without power supply (PD port) or incorrectly (computer not through host port), or with insufficient power the device will give confusing signal of monitor connected, but no display output. You also need to install DisplayLink driver, and may need to disconnect and reconnect the device after restart. If configuration fails, you may reconnect to a different USB-C/TB port.I recommend it because only few docking stations support three external monitors in this configuration, Apple themselves announcing that more than two monitors are only supported by connecting the third monitor through a separate HDMI port. This is despite 10Gbps link capability, and despite fact that 2.5Gbps would suffice for stable picture at high resolutions. It is also stable - as opposed to some competing docks with driver crashes on Windows and configuring unstable screen configurations like 23.59Hz instead of either 24Hz or 30Hz. (This may be important news for you if you thought that was a monitor issue - usually it is an interplay of driver support, monitor and dock.)

When it works, it's good, when it doesn't their customer service steps in and makes things right!
When it works it's A+. when it doesn't it can be very cantankerous. (Note that I have edited this review after dealing with their customer service - upgraded from two stars to four stars.)I get decent results when it works. If you turn it on and basically leave it alone it will hum right along (almost) without a care. BUT... beware of the following:1. It runs HOT. Very hot. Like, uncomfortably hot. I admit I using just about every port on it - two monitors, all four USB-A ports, both USB-C ports, but it would seem that it should be able to handle it without being so hot. Maybe that's normal. It shouldn't be.2. If you unplug a USB port while it's running, it MIGHT disconnect everything else. It doesn't always happen, but the 60% of the time that it does, it is scary - external drives are disconnected. I'm paranoid about that having lost two hard drives in the past by disconnecting without ejecting. So, to make a change to the USB setup I feel compelled to shut the computer down and make the change offline. That's not how it is supposed to work.3. One (super crucial) piece of equipment I have get booted off, sometimes at a critical time, causing mass annoyance. I have an outboard pro-quality audio interface that I use for a side business. I can be in the middle of mixing or recording and it will suddenly stop working. I have to restart the Mac to get back online. This is approaching the level of deal-killer.4. Maybe it's a minor annoyance, but for someone who is almost OCD about cable management - this thing fails in every possible way. It's designed to stand upright on your table, but because it uses both sides of the box for the connections (and HDMI cables as well as high-quality USB cables are pretty thick) it tends to shift and fall over. It's a less-than-desirable design. I tried lying it on its side but again the heat issue gets troublesome. If you are looking for something that you might use lightly - only one or two USB ports, maybe one external monitor - this may be the thing you need. If you have a power-use requirement, maybe look elsewhere.<<Update To Review After Customer Service Contacted Me>>The customer service group contacted me to see how they could make things right. After realizing that their product just wasn't useful for my needs, I asked for a refund and an return. I explained how the dock didn't do what I needed, and that I had replaced it with another product that was working to my needs.I received a prompt refund, no questions asked. I believe that this product would work for almost anyone's needs, but I have high demands that the dock is just not designed to deliver. I would trust these people to build great products, and I would recommend them to others. Their customer service is above and beyond. They deserve four stars for that! Thanks!!
