Q: How stable is it for one handed use? Will it tip?

Yes it can tip. It works okay for us as we have two hand but I’ve found the suction cups come loose.

Q: Can I buy bracket for toilet!

I did not apply any bracket on it or brace it down for my 90 year mother. I applied a bungee cord on each end of the lower back rails - then placed it around the toilet tank to hold hers in place . So the toilet seat doesn’t fall forward when she gets up. It seems to be working just fas be - meeting her needs. So I can’t give an opinion about implementing a bracket. Thank you

I heard back from the seller through Amazon. I did not receive a reply from the email posted above. They do not sell parts for their equipment but offered to give me a $3 discount for a new unit purchased. Seems mighty pricey for just two suction cups. I informed them that perhaps it would make good business sense if they thought about selling parts for the units they distribute. Let's see if they act accordingly. I will be re-thinking about buying from this company in the future.
