I really like this ice mold for my boyfriend and I’m so thankful that the company was able to have it delivered right before Christmas! For best results follow the instructions to get a perfect image of your letters. I also used this tiny funnel to prevent any air bubbles; also let the mold freeze for six hours no less than. The only criticism I have is suggesting an extra charge for the lid. I believe the lid should automatic come with the base instead of charging $15 extra just to have something that already comes together when they bought it as a set. I understand making a profit but the price of the mold is high enough.

Does not work! I tried everything suggested in the video and the icecubes were still incredibly hard to release and the monogram initials were barly visible. Waste of money and the mfg does not offer refunds!

We have tried distilled water, boiled water and still the initials are impossible to see. Additionally we used filtered water too. The result was always a partly cloudy cube. They are also extremely difficult to release from the silicone. It was expensive and now apparently no time left to return as it was a Christmas gift for my daughter. We used alot of time during the holiday trying to get these to work for the big family gathering. Don't waste your time or money.

The rise of the monogram on the ice is not very high and as such is not very distinctive. Could have been better but the lettering is clear and distinct, just not very high
