What size is the screw that secures it?

The screw we use for the back of the remote is the M3-0.5 x 8. I got that info straight from their customer service.

I purchased the 2 year warranty and need a replacement part. Do i contact Amazon or the seller, i don't see anywhere to message the seller

I would contact Amazon but the eCollar company themselves are awesome and very easy to work with.

Can extra clips be purchased for multiple receivers?

Yes they can, the problem I had with them is they would break and you’d drop the remotes, so I stopped buying them. They are basically cell phone belt clips.

The piece that's breaking looks like something I can make in aluminum. How's the rest of it or can you even tell before that part breaks?

Ive had mine break twice. Dont think Im very hard on it. Its the small round plastic circular part the screw goes thru.
