Very happy to write this review. The device doesnt works at all. Now the remote is a play toy to kids. When you order ensure that you have a MI mobile with you which can be used as a remote to multiple device.Cost: Remote, new battery, your precious time searching multiple videos, sites learning how to pair the remote and the lists goes on.Solutions: 1.purchasing a alternate remote and repeat.2. Buy a MI Mobile phone (second hand also will do)3. If the device doesn't work, gift it as a toy to kids.

Value for money and a working product
I ordered this remote and it is in good quality and working. Initially it took 2-3 attempts to pair. But working just fine. On the other hand, Recently I purchased a MI remote from online Mi store, the official app at more cost. And the product turns out to be scrap. I called they opened request, an agent will visit, which never happened.
