Comfortable and elegant
This chair is a bit expensive but once you sit on it, you can tell why it is priced the way it’s priced. I am 5.4, petite and this chair fits perfectly to me. The cushion is soft and has a bit of bounce to it, like using a new pillow. You get to decide the back and seat distance. It hugs and holds my back perfectly for my long hours of working.I see only 2 drawback for me and that is, #1 if the seat width would have been a bit bigger, this would be a perfect chair. (I like to sit in a lotus position while working). Given the price, I was shooting high.#2 I had to buy the head rest separately making the total of this chair - $600

Easy to assemble, sturdy
The Verve chair arrived a couple days earlier than expected and was easy to assemble. It seems pretty sturdy and has 5 different ways to adjust it (seat height, seat depth, back reclining/locked, back recliner tension/resistance, and armrest height). It's also a good size for someone about 175-200 lbs (although it supports up to 275 lbs) and is comfortable to sit in.

DON'T buy this chair without sitting on one 1st. It's not for everybody and it's not easy to return.
The Branch Verve chair is very attractive for an ergonomic desk chair, but it's not for everybody, and ordering/returning through Amazon is not an easy experience, so I highly recommend sitting in one before just ordering it blind, or if you're really not sure, then order direct from Branch instead. Two things to look out for:1) The seat height is advertised as being the same maximum height as the Herman Miller Aeron, but this chair has a soft seat and is angled differently, so the effective maximum height is a couple of inches SHORTER than the Aeron. For me, that made all the difference in the world. I could not get the seat high enough.2) The arm adjustments are ratchet-based and can't be locked into your chosen position. You can't make subtle adjustments up or down. You have to lower it and raise it all the way to find the right spot. Then if you knock it even accidentally you have to start all over again finding the right spot. Not ideal. In terms of the "free returns", just consider that this chair is heavy and packed into its shipping box like a jigsaw puzzle, and it isn't easy to assemble (I needed a mallet to get the casters in place). Amazon makes you break the whole chair down and get it back into the box, which is near-impossible, especially if you're trying not to damage the chair. By contrast, if you buy direct from Branch, they just say to leave out any parts that don't fit in the box. Much better to make sure you love the chair before ordering it.

Love This Chair
I've had this chair for about a month now. It was pretty easy to put together except the silver metal piece on the chair back (that is supposed to fit into the seat) was a bit too big to slide into that slot. I had to put the outside piece over it and force the screws in. I did get them tight. It is a very very comfortable chair and I love that I can lean back in it. I got the coral one, and I've noticed that I've scuffed the legs in a couple of places and the paint has come off, showing silver through. I'm wondering if Branch has a touch up paint I can get. Overall, it is a great chair.

Mediocre chair ; worse company
I had two major complaints one with Branch in general and one with the chair:The chair: I’m 6’2” 220 lbs and it’s just not comfortable. It’s as comfortable as a generic office max 100$ chair. Definitely not worth the price. The arm rests are so dumb. They’re elbow rests at bestMy wife is 5’ 2” 100 lbs and she described it as the same so it isn’t just because of my size. Just overall an average quality chair. I would not pay more than 150$ for it.Branch in general:I bought this chair directly from branch rather than Amazon because I wanted them to get a higher percentage of the profits. Two days later this was on a flash sale for $100 less than I bought it for. I reached out to support and asked to get the difference back or just a credit so I could buy a storage unit or something but they denied all of that and just pointed to their policy of 35$ returns. I returned the chair and bought a refurbished steel case from a retailer for less than this chair and haven’t looked back. You should cut out the middle man , save $35 of return fee man and just get something else.

Easy to Assemble, Very Comfortable!
I was developing lower back stiffness sitting in my el-cheapo desk chair and decided to splurge on something better looking and more ergonomic. My only regret is not buying this sooner, it is so much more comfortable! Assembly was a snap. If you are looking for a solid chair for your work from home efforts this is a solid choice!
