This book has been monumental in regaining my health. I started losing my health at the age of 20 with no prior illness, and spent 5 years becoming increasingly unwell with no end in sight. After stumbling through the alternative health world with minimal results, I discovered Doc Sutter's books and finally put everything together. This book connects all of the dots in a clear and concise manner. The cause of dis-ease is deceptively simple and so is the solution, although it can be a long road back to health. Of course it's all worth it in the end. I can only hope that I will be able to convince loved ones that the conventional medical paradigm holds no answers. The opposite, actually - it destroys lives.

This book is outstanding, I read the book and did the program,my responce is WOW can it really be this easy. The answer is YES!!!Dr Sutter has created a Great book and it opens your eyes. At first it made me angry, then I tried what he said and things happened, I started getting better and things have gotten so good I no longer need surgery, no more bad headaches, and I have peace of mind. I told a medical doctor friend of mine about this book he new what my health was like before I did the program dr Sutter described. My medical doctor said he didn't like the book however, he couldn't explain any other reason for my now good health. THANKS Dr Sutter YOU SAVED MY LIFE>
