I was so hoping these would work but unfortunately they don't. As soon as my 3 year old had an accident it soaked through the protector and straight onto the car seat. He was soaked and we had to put a plastic bag on his car seat once we had changed his clothes so he wouldn't get wet from his seat. Definitely would not recommend these.

Thankfully haven't tested it's waterproof capability but it's a great seat protector, keeps crumbs etc off the seat and gives peace of mind on a long journey.

This looks a great addition to the armory of items used in potty training! It will certainly reduce the stress of long car journeys!
