I am having a blast. The pictures may show kids playing w the drone but is fun for adults too. The kit comes w multiple bodies u can assemble. It did not take long to learn to fly the drone. The blue light points to the front. The controller comes w a card to point out the features. Learning to set the trim was the hardest part to learn and only took a few minutes. The best part is selecting the flip button and doing the 360 stunt. Battery lasts around 10 minutes. Puts out a lot of power imo. The kit only comes w one battery but a quick search and can find others for sale in 5 packs. They have a molex connector. The drone really only works indoors. Can’t handle wind. It’s fun to sit on the couch and fly it around the room. I also researched and found the motors are common as well used for other quadcopters. I crashed it quite a few times w no issues. The plastic Lego type pieces may need to be pushed back together. Great for teenagers and adults. I al sure u can experiment w different body configurations but so far the fully assembled blue one is my fav. It’s the smallest and lightest.

This drone is fun not only to build but also to fly! The ability to put together several models of this drone is a really good idea, and sets it apart from many others on the market. The included assembly instruction manual is also very helpful and makes the build quick and easy. Besides, one can mix and match parts from the different models to make one's own unique drone creations! This drone packs some very good features for beginners, including one-button takeoff and landing, 360-degree flips, trimming, and emergency shutoff. For its price tag, this is a very nice beginner drone with some very nice features!

I received three of these drones as part of a “flight and drone” career lab component. The JST wires all pulled apart from the motors in the first semester of use. I received three more with very little improvement in the product durability. I have purchased new JST connectors and repaired many of the motors, and even had to purchase another drone kit due to the “body” no longer talking to the motors. 7 kits later, only two are flying. The trim gets off very easily, and I have to take them into the school gym to have enough room to make adjustments. The students are supposed to design their own drone, but if you do anything besides their recommended builds, it’s too heavy to even lift off the ground. As someone who has been using these drones for two years, I hate them. The students get so excited, only to be disappointed by the durability and constant “grounding” due to motor repairs and trim settings. I plan to look into programmable drones with a camera so the kids can still learn about drones without costing the program $300 a year for replacements.

We purchased the drone for a boys science project. They loved it. It was easy to understand how to put together however the remote was a bit tricky for them.

a lego drone which you can piece together and make strange drones. Of course my nephews mixed the colors and made all kinds of drones that were too heavy lol, but they enjoyed playing with all the different parts. When you do build one of their drones, i think theres 5 types based on the colors, the propellers snap on and have bumper guards which is nice. the battery is pretty small, so it doesn't last that long, but it's easy to usb charge. The flight is very stable and easy for kids to learn, which is great.

This is a great product for all ages.very creative drone come with varieties of color and styles like Lego toys style assembly and is good value because this product can fly .it’s really value for your money..very easy and fun to fly. the controls stick simple.flying time about ten minutes or so.changing time about thirty minutes.can be flying indoor or outdoor it’s flying very stable with all the easy controls functions is a plus .one key take off and one key land.safe to fly in anywhere..

The drone is easy to build. It is very durable. Easy to fly in all areas. However, its battery life is not the best. Battery has two major issues. First of all, if you run out of battery, it drops hard mid-flight, without warning. Second, the battery life is not balanced with the charging time. Even though it takes the average time to charge, it takes a minute for the battery to run out. Even though it is easy to build and durable the battery performance does remove two of its Stars overall rating. 4.5 out of 10 requires improvement

The battery is great and it is very easy to fly. My 5-year-old loves to build new drones to see if they fly. We have been playing with it since we got it over a week ago. It also teaches them some engineering because if you don't build it the right way it won't fly right. My son is able to build it all by himself and the coolest thing is if it gets too far away, the push of a button makes it rreturn to the person flying it! So cool and highly recommend!!
