Good for your teeth
I got these for my wife who has teeth issues. All her top teeth have been replaced by implants Her bottom teeth have been hanging on. However she has been taking ProDentim for some months now and on her recent visit to the dentist he was impressed at how stong her teeth were. A definite improvement. I was sceptical until she told me this. I now take them also.

Smell and easy to dissolve in the mouth, with a pleasant taste. Dentist commented my dental health was better. He hadn't known I was using them.

On my second bottle, no improvement
I am on my second bottle, can't say that I have noticed any difference. Taste is ok, but hard to chew when you are using these for receding gums and teeth hurt when biting. Not something I would recommend
