Q: I know there's no citric acid but does it taste sour at all?

Why would it? Sour tomato sauce?!?! Citric Acid is often used as a preservative.

Q: Are the sauces made from peeled and seeded tomatoes?

Not sure if they're seeded and peeled then it's made, but there's no seeds or peeling in this sauce.

Q: Does the sauce have ANY citric acid?

It has no acidity. It is the closest thing to homemade sauce from fresh tomatoes.

Q: How is it different from the strained tomatoes, also by Pomi?

I like all of Pomi products, the sauce is used to make spaghetti sauce, you could use strained tomatoes for sauce too but you'd have to cook longer to reduce to a sauce like texture. The main reason I use Pomi products is they remove the skin from their tomatoes, compared to other brands that don't. Tomato skins are high in Lectins, which are very bad for the human digestive tract , so that's another reason for purchasing the Pomi brand
