Purely Holistic recently released the Grape Seed Extract and, after researching, I decided to try it for its antioxidant properties, and because Grape Seed Extract is claimed to be more effective than vitamins C and E. There are 250 capsules at 400mg each. At one per day, this is about an 8-9 month supply, so very economical. The capsules are a bit smaller than some of their other supplements, and I like that they are vegan, non-GMO, and made with the same high standards that I have come to appreciate from Purely Holistic. I trust Purely Holistic and have used many of their products for several years, even recommending to friends and family. They offer excellent customer service and offer deals and ways to save on their products which really helps.

These are exactly what I wanted at a better price than other organics. Time will tell how effective they are for health concerns.

I regularly use Grape Seed capsules to keep my cardio-vascular system in good shape and lower my blood pressure in addition to taking beet root and pine bark. This supplement is a great value because it contains 400 mg standardized extract per capsules and 250 of them in a bottle compared to other brands that only supply 100 mg. It usually takes about 30 min after taking it to take effect and lower the blood pressure from 140 systolic to under 120 (at least for me). Taking it on an empty stomach has best effect and first thing in the morning. I highly recommend to try it. This is great brand I trust for all their supplements

Was excited to try grape seed extract. This appears to be great quality and for a great price. I could definitely see changes after 2 weeks. Unfortunately, they were not great changes for me. Make sure you're well aware of the side effects of grape seed extract. I got loose stools after a few days and massive headaches after 2 weeks. I will start to take these a couple times a week instead of every day.
