I have never been interested in "Smart Watches" as when they first came on the scene with Apple and Garmin etc they were ridiculously expensive, some still are, but since Covid I developed bad health - dodgy ticker and breathing troubles and started taking my own BP readings every day using a machine, well this week I bit the bullet having revisited the smart watch pages and reading /watching reviews I happened upon this Feelnever Smart Watch. Well to say i'm happy with the purchase is an understatement, Solid build, looks really good and comes with metallic straps and a plastic strap too, alas the metallic strap is tight, but a little card in the package stated that if the strap is not long enough, get in touch and a free extension kit will be sent out. One chat with WhatsApp showing them my invoice and a picture of me and my watch and BINGO strap extension sent out to me - may be a 5 day wait but really impressed with the customer care aspect. everything is reachable by simply letting your phone read the relevant QR codes. Setting up the watch with my old I Phone X was a breeze, hardest part being converting height and weight to metric from good old fashioned Imperial in the Apps - need to know criteria. multiple pages of different watch faces to choose for future use, shame really that you can only upload and swop the one face at any one time, but, that said you only need one face so it's not a problem. still got to use the phone aspect, I will be reading up on that later today, but very very pleased with a watch that is very cheap in the grand scale of things - just taken my Blood Pressure and Pulse and SpO2 and all "Normal" and my WhatsApp messages come through which is really handy - Yesterday I listened to some Queen tracks via Amazon Music on the watch....Modern technology - Amazeballs!!

I purchased this watch in March last year it has been an excellent purchase up until the end of May / June of this year problem was it would no longer charge as it cam with a 24 month warranty I wasn’t really concerned I got in touch with customer services and they were extremely quick and helpful asking me to try a couple of things to get the watch to charge I had to send a couple of photos and videos of the things they asked me to try but unfortunately I couldn’t get it goingCustomer Service were extremely supportive fast and efficient and I have been informed today that a replacement watch would be with me very soon.I would just like to say that customer service are extremely professional helpful and nice about the way they handled my problem and I think staff should be congratulated on the way they responded over my purchaseThanks again team 👍

Good quality watch given the price.Comes with 2x straps, the metal one which I'm using and a rubber strap. I have a big wrist and I still needed to remove 2x links from the metal strap.There a few features that seem to be missing... Volume control on the speaker being a big one, as is the sensitivity of the raise to wake feature though you can have this turn off on a schedule.The display is large and responsive, the side buttons could be less loose feeling but they don't feel like they will break or come off.Watch itself is comfortable and not too heavy on the wrist. It is NOT waterproof but that isn't an issue for me.I can't comment on battery life just yet as I've only had it 24 hours. But it's currently sat at 91% after being charged at 8pm last night so it's looking good at the moment.Not sure about the accuracy of the health monitoring yet as I've still got a bit of testing to do.Overall, worth the money.

The first thing I noticed about this phone is that you cannot set it to the exact time. The settings only included minutes and hours and the seconds do not reset to zero, so if you set it at 10.07 as 10.07 turns the second timer is 38 seconds too fast and there is no way to change this. This is a terrible thing to miss on a watch. The instructions do not include any information about changing the wrist strap size thought there appears to be some kind of tool to do this. First impressions, not good. Screen face does not come on when you lift the watch up as it is supposed to. Date is not in UK format. May return.

It's ok, one button gave out and the vibrate function stopped working g after a year
