iOttie Easy One Touch Advanced Universal Car Mount Dashboard & Windshield Suction Cup Phone Holder for iPhone, Samsung, Google, All Smartphones

Simple, sturdy, easy to install and reasonably priced. I had a similar, but older model iOttie car mount in my last car, so when I purchased a new(er) car, I just had to get another one (even though the old one was perfectly good after about 10 years of use). I mounted the iOttie Easy One Touch to the semi-textured dash board on my Toyota 4runner and it is staying in place just like I expected it would. The extendable arm and it's ability to tilt and rotate on the phone end allows me to position it exactly where I want to. It holds my phone even in a horizontal orientation, even though it really isn't designed to do so. It's so nice when you can find a product that just works!

I have used this mount for a little over a week now. I have to say, this is the best phone mount I have ever owned. I operate heavy machinery, so a phone mount for me takes a lot of abuse, going over very rough terrain, shaking, etc. The stability is next to none, it fits my iPhone 17 pro max with an otterbox defender very well, it has never fallen out. The suction cup has never failed on me. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a rugged, durable, and affordable phone mounting option.

I’ve been using the iOttie Easy One Touch 6 car mount for a bit now, and it does exactly what it promises. Installation was quick, and it sticks securely to both the dashboard and windshield. The one-touch mechanism makes it easy to mount and remove my phone with one hand, which is great while driving. The arm is adjustable and holds my phone steady, even on bumpy roads. It fits my phone with a case on and hasn’t slipped or loosened so far. Overall, it feels well-built and reliable. Definitely a solid choice if you want a simple, dependable car mount.

First car holder that I have liked for more than 6 months. Easily moves and holds my phone tight. Does not move, installed easy. The only issue I have had is when it gets supper hot it falls off. I just reattach it and it is fine. The quality is good and I would suggest this to other people, which I have.

The device seems sturdy enough. I was looking for an unobtrusive place to post my phone in my car without using the vents or the dash. I have it installed on the driver's side window, as low as I could make it while still maintaining a good view of the phone. I have used this fairly frequently, and find it holds its position well, and is relatively easy to manage placing and retrieving the phone. The space is a little tight, but usually I can retrieve the phone with one hand.

This product is a shadow of its former self. First off, there previously was an adjustable knob by the base, which still is there. However, the adjustable knob between the phone holder and the arm is no longer there. Instead, it's a push / pull that is terrible. Say you are driving, you need your phone (which of course I would not suggest as you are driving....cough, cough) and you try to put the phone back in its holder, it can push inwards, which has happened to me more than once. Also, the range of motion for the phone has been reduced. If I could return the 2 we bought I would, but I missed the return window. Do yourself a favor and pass on this version of the iOttie. It is trash, plain and simple. What a shame as I me and my husband have been loyal iOttie customer for years. Update. I took the phone holder off of my previous iOttie Easy One Touch and took off the new one and the range of motion for the phone is back to normal. Also have to concur with some about the ease to put the phone in to the cradle, the new version does not do a good job of that whatsoever. You have to push it in for the arms to latch onto your phone.

I've gone through about 10 different phone mounts over the years trying to find "the one," and this might be as close as I'm getting. First, one of the key features of this model is that it comes with a mounting plate. This makes mounting much easier and gives you more options as you can stick it nearly anywhere and have a smooth, flat surface to mount the holder. The dashboard of my truck doesn't have many places that are flat enough to mount a phone holder, and this created a lot more options. The place I chose to mount is too textured for a suction cup to grip, but the mounting plate sticks no problem. The suction on the mount is incredible. Even with it turned "off", the grip is still rock solid. I actually drove around for a day with it "off" and the mount never let go. To remove from the mounting plate though is easy, simply pull up on the tab and "peel" the suction cup off. It will take a little effort, but that's good! The all joints on the arm are "indexed" with interlocking teeth, which means once it's tighted down it won't move, at all. It also won't (cannot) loosen up over time from vibration/wear. Adjustability is great, too, though this particularly model won't extend fore/aft if if that is a concern. Now, the phone grip is just as good as the rest of the mount. Lightly press your phone into the mount and the arms snap close, tightly gripping your phone. My phone is relatively heavy (Google Pixel 7 in a Google branded hard case), and it does not move, AT ALL. My truck isn't the smoothest riding vehicle and Michigan roads aren't great either, but this is the first mount I've used that shows zero movement or vibration. It's rock-solid. I've tried several highly reviewed magnet mounts, and none come even close to this stability. Removing the phone is easy. I can do it one-handed, simply squeeze the "wings" together and the jaws pop open and lock. The only minor issue I have with the mount is that the phone tends to sit every so slightly crooked, which only is an issue as the bottom charge port is sometimes off-center and partially blocked by one of the lower "jaws" of the mount. I can usually just nudge the phone a bit to adjust, or at worst take the phone out and try again paying more attention to how it's oriented before closing the jaws. All in all, seems to be an excellent product with good design and better than average construction and details.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Robust, fixes well to windscreen - previous brands have always fallen off, love the quick release/ easy fix for getting the phone in and out. Bought on recommendation from friend and having been using it now for a few weeks, I totally agree , by far the best I’ve seen/ used so far. Thoroughly recommend.

Ich denke Langlebigkeit ist hier gegeben. Ich mache mir keine Sorgen, dass die Halterung zeitnah dem Gewicht eines S23 Ultras nachgibt, welches übrigens wunderbar und bequem mit Schutzhülle reinpasst. Der Mechanismus ist super einfach einhändig zu bedienen und einfach klasse gemacht. Hat nicht nur den Vorteil, dass man das Handy kinderleicht platzieren kann, sondern auch dass man nicht an der Halterung rupfen, sie dabei evtl beschädigt oder gleich ganz von der scheibe reißt. Diese Halterung eignet sich auch um ein Zweithandy als Dashcam zu nutzen, weil sie, wenn an der Scheibe angebracht, kaum bis garnicht im Weg ist, allerdings wäre es für diesen Use Case verschwendetes Geld. Werde evtl noch ein Video posten, und euch auf dem Laufenden halten.

Very nice finishing and good quality. The suction is the best of all I ever use. I'm very sure it will last.
