Well made.
There should be a simple or something on the mat to place the ball. The mat had to be perfectly level to get a ball to sit still.

Golf Swing Path Practice Mat Works!
I got this golf swing path practice mat for my son who is on the school golf team.He says it works great by letting him see the impact path of his golf swing so he can make adjustments to his swing. He said he can use it indoors because the practice golf balls that come with it are foam and the bottom of the mat is rubberized so it stays in place. But it can also be used outdoors because it has stakes to hold the mat down.It comes with a netted carrying bag and a hook to hang it on his golf bag.All in all, he likes it and it works to help him see his swing path and make adjustments to help him improve.

Nice Inexpensive Training Tool
My golf swing needs a lot of work, and I’m hoping this little mat will be a big help. It’s a little bit smaller than I was expecting, but it is large enough to accommodate a decent swing. Unfortunately, my first terrible swing went off course and broke one of the little plastic stakes that hold it into the ground. Frankly, you only need two stakes at the back to hold it in place, so no big loss. I will be looking around for stakes that are more flush as well. The sequins that flip when you swing do give you a good look at the trajectory of the swing. The rubber practice balls that come with it are nice, and they seem to travel with the sort of trajectory you would normally get with each club, but with a fraction of the distance. Still, they travel far enough that I’ll want to hit them in a good-sized field rather than in the yard. I will also try the mat at the driving range to hit with real golf balls. After a few shots, some of the sequins are coming out, so I don’t know that this will last very long under heavy use. As you can tell by the evidence of hitting fat in the shot I photographed, it’s obvious that I will need to give it some heavy use before I’m done. It’s inexpensive enough, though, that it should earn it’s way.

Better than I expected
The media could not be loaded. At first I thought it was a little cheesy, but when I saw it in action, I realized that this could be quite an useful learning tool. The set comes with several balls to use with this mat, which is nice especially if you live in a subdivision and don't want to pay for damage to your neighbor's house. The balls it came with are a good weight, but not heavy enough to put a hole in your siding. (Yes, we hit it up against the side of the house because we're getting new siding) You're welcome for testing this out for you :)The mat itself is like one of those sequin pillows that you run your hand one way and your hand pattern appears. So when you swing, the sequins flip over and you can see your shot. The mat is pretty thick and heavy rubber material. Good and sturdy. The stakes are good enough to hold the mat in the ground, we never felt like it was in danger of moving, but they were a little cheap looking, so if you have really hard ground, you may want to consider metal stakes. The only issue we had is that the mat has to be level so the ball doesn't roll off. I don't know how you would solve that issue because the club needs to hit the mat to show your shot.Overall, we like the mat and would recommend it.

Nice set
This comes packaged with a set of soft practice balls. The pad has a heavy vinyl back to hold it in place. Great for neeing the actual path your goli swing is taking at impact.

Very practical tool
This golf hitting mat is a very practical tool to help players gain better mastery of technique while working on their swing. Its design is simple but effective, and the markings on the mat help players more accurately judge the trajectory and angle of the swing, which can help you perfect your swing and build muscle memory.
