Just what I needed!
I'm trying to add a supplement to my diet that I cannot tolerate. The taste is awful and I couldn't get past it. These capsules are the PERFECT answer! They're easy to fill with the spice and they are the size I needed. I couldn't be more pleased. This solution is just wonderful for Black Cumin and other healthy but 'strong' tasting spices that you aren't able to ingest in the amount needed for healthy outcomes. Yea!!!

Perfect for my turmeric
I fill these with powdered turmeric, which is so great for my joints and inflammation. The capsules come with two lil spoons. I use one to fill the capsule and the other to tap down the powder into the capsule (using the opposite end). I've bought these twice and will continue to do so.
