Nice product
Very nice and useful. Just make sure that you have good water pressure. You cannot use it when your water aupplied from a tank pressure!

DOES NOT FIT UK PLUMBING!!!!!
The T adaptor does not fit the UK plumbing. There is no information on how to get an adaptor that works. My window to return has passed as I only just got around to fitting it having purchased in December. If you are in the UK DO NOT BUY!!! I tried to give Zero Stars but one is the minimum. This product is useless in the UK!!!

Innacurate description of incompatible item.
The description claims that everything needs to fit this item is included in the box. This is not true. If your plumbing is in the UK.you will not be able to connect to the water supply with the fitting provided. If you have knowledge of plumbing fittings or intend to have a plumber do the fitting you will find the necessary adaptors are available to convert from US plumbing to UK. I wrote to the seller asking for reimbursement for the extra cost of fittings but they did not reply. I chose this item because it had many favourable reviews but I failed to notice they were all from US customers. The bidet appears to be well made and does what I expected but if you are using UK plumbing you will have extra costs in fitting.

Cannot be properly installed on standard a Dutch toilets without a thread adapter (BSP ↔ NPT) plus a washer. The hose is also far too short to attach to water supply lines.
