Good sensor mount could be better though
Sensor added ok and detects motion quickly however every 20 seconds it goes to no motion for 1 second even if there is motion. Which results in light on for 20 seconds off for 1 second then on again for 20 seconds. This is so stupid. Get the smartthings now branded aeotec ones they are not cheap but they have zero issues.

NOT compatible with Hue Bridge!
Disappointed with this as the product description emphasises the fact that it's compatible with Philips Hue, and also suggests that a Trust bridge is only required if you want to use the sensor with the Trust app. So I bought a sensor thinking that I could connect it to my Philips Hue bridge. However it turns out that this won't work. Trust technical support have advised me that a Trust bridge (costing £99) is actually required. So sadly I'll be returning the product for a refund.

Working with Echo Plus - no problems
Easy to set up - no Trust app install or bridge required - just put the battery in, stick the (supplied) pin in the side for 1 second to start pairing and then scan for a new device in the Alexa app. Was able to configure a routine which turns on a wall heater when out conservatory door is opened. Whole process from getting it out of the box to sticking it on the door frame and setting up the routine took less then 15 mins. Will add a photo later - but the device can be either screw fixed on stuck using the self adhesive pad (also supplied). Very pleased so far. Holding back on 5 stars until I know how long the battery lasts - in theory it should be ages being ZigBee but I'll update when I get 12 months.

Works with Echo Plus 1st Gen
Bought one of these after seeing the other review which said it works with an echo plus without the need for an additional hub or bridge and can confirm that it does. It goes into pairing mode as soon as you put the battery in - get Alexa to search for it while the light is flashing and it'll find it as First Contact Sensor. Very easy to set up and use - we have it set up to automatically turn the lights in the understairs cupboard on and off.

Dreadful product, please don't buy
Please don't buy these sensors, they are dreadful. I joined them to the zigbee hub built into my Amazon Echo and they regularly drop off - have to keep resetting and re-joining them. It's not a distance issue - two of them are almost right next to the echo device. Do yourself a favour and buy an alternative - I wish I'd bought a Sonoff or something like that! Lesson learned I guess!

Pretty good contact sensor
I've only just added this to my hub, but it seems to be working well so far. I'm using it with a Hubitat Elevation hub (pretty much a cloud-free version of Samsung's Smartthings), connection to the hub wasn't too tricky, but putting the hub in discovery mode first seemed to be essential. It's far larger than something like the Xiaomi or Samsung contact sensors, so may not be easily usable on some doors. I also found that when mounted on the edge of a door at right angles to the normal then the correct positioning of the magnet is crucial, a millimetre or so being the difference between open and closed. Time will tell how well it functions - not sure whether reviews can be updated, but if not I'll add another listing any problems I discover.

Does not work with Philips Hue
Device does not show up when searching for new devices using Philips Hue. Tried using the API directly via the hub to search for new devices as well as searching in the Hue app.
