For this to be sugar free, it tastes good. It mixes well, with no strange aftertaste. You definitely feel more hydrated after using one of these packets. Easy to pack in your lunch or work bag, too.

I 100% just change my review. At first it smelled and tasted like cough med but as I drank it, it became my fav flavor. I like the tartness!

Reading reviews made me nervous, but our bag had no issues like others have claimed. They do taste like purple grape flavoring, but I like that. I appreciate the sugar free option as sugar is the first ingredient for the other flavors. I do not get any aftertaste of the sweetener used.

I have an autoimmune disease that makes me constantly feel like I’m dying of thirst. Not only does it really help. But it tastes great and it’s sugar free. I’m also diabetic and so I won’t drink anything that has sugar. Really good!

I bought this because I love Liquid IV but wanted to cut down on the sugar. Prime Day rolls around and they're a special deal - I think to myself, "Score!" I had the White Grape flavor yesterday after having the Lemon Lime flavor the day before. Yesterday afternoon, I was gassy but didn't think too much of it. This morning, however, I wake up, visit the John and make my morning deposit, and get dressed. I'm going about my morning chores and my tummy starts to rumble. I think to myself, "Hmm, that's odd," but I keep going. A minute or two later, the rumble has turned into a gurgle and I realize that I'm going to have to go back and visit the John but it can wait til my current outside chore was done. However, not even a minute later, I am waddling back to the front door and the warm sensation hits me... Yep, me, a grown adult, crapped my pants. And it wasn't just that one time this morning.. oh no, it's been an all day thing... In fact, here I am 14 hours later after visiting the John AGAIN (it's like the 11th time today), and all of my gastrointestinal discomfort is due to the allulose in this sugar free drink powder. I won't be drinking any more of these and sadly can't return them. Waste of money (and a perfectly good Thursday!)

I take one a day of no sugar Liquid IV. Helps minimize how many migraines I get and or how bad they are, keeps me from getting muscle spasms from dehydration… when I do get dehydrated I drink 1 packet within 10 minutes and it’s like magic and I don’t get spasms. I can feel a difference while using these packets.
