Not all medicines are made equal. Just because it is of a similar name doesn't make it necessarily of a similar effectiveness. These simethicone tablets are very effective. And the cost is great. But it doesn't matter the cost if they don't deliver the results. I would recommend this product to anyone, and know got my recommendation is valid.

Makes life more enjoyable.
If you suffer from stomach gas/bloating, you should try these. The chewable tablets work much better (more quickly) for me than the easier to find gel caps. They are NOT for excess stomach acid; do not expect them to do anything for that problem. Don't expect them to cure flatulence either.
