Works as described
Used to connect to a solder station fan to direct solder fumes outside. Came with connection sleeve and sturdy enough for my use case.

Not standard size
It was too small--didn't fit either my dryer or the wall vent. Next time I'll go to the local hardware store.

This is a tight fit
This is a good product. When they said it was 4 inch diameter they really meant it. A flex hose like this should be made 1/16 inch oversized so it will fit onto a 4 inch fitting. We were barely able to do this becausethe flex hose was 4 inch like the piece of tubing going through the wall to exhust the hot air to the outside.The hose and clamps are all good and do their job well.
