Bought this for a large young relative - probably 6' 3" and around 16.5 st.,(105 Kg) so hope that helps. He's not complained that it won't hold him, or feels unstable.

Yes you have to assemble the table and chairs wasn’t to difficult just have to make sure you have a second pot of hands to help hold sections together why the other screws the screw in x
