STEVIE NICKS - COMPLETE STUDIO ALBUMS & RARITIES. 10CD boxed set combining all of Nicks’ solo studio albums in a new, career-spanning set. It comes with all 8 of her studio albums: Bella Donna (1981), The Wild Heart (1983), Rock a Little (1985), The Other Side of the Mirror (1989), Street Angel (1994), Trouble in Shangri-La (2001), In Your Dreams (2011), and 24 Karat Gold: Songs from the Vault (2014). The collection also features Rarities, a new 2CD compilation of hard-to-find tracks only available with the set. Rarities collects 23 of Nicks’ best non-album tracks, including numerous contributions to film and television soundtracks like “Blue Lamp” from Heavy Metal and “Free Fallin’” from Party of Five. Several B-sides are featured in the set, including “One More Big Time Rock And Roll Star,” the flipside to her 1985 hit, “Talk To Me.” A trio of songs originally released on Nicks’ 1991 hits collection Timespace also appear, including “Love’s A Hard Game To Play.” Rarities closes with Nicks’ most recent release, her 2022 cover of Buffalo Springfield’s classic “For What It’s Worth.” Review: Complete Studio Album & Rarities is SO WORTH IT -- for the most part - You don't realize how much stuff Stevie Nicks did until you get this set -- and that's not even including what she did with Fleetwood Mac! You have to give her credit for her productivity. Bella Donna, Wild Heart, Rock A Little, Trouble in Shangri-La, and In Your Dreams were all really good albums, and they all benefit from some excellent remastering work. Unfortunately, remastering the other albums doesn't help the substandard quality of the songs. The Other Side of the Mirror has excellent musicianship and production and arrangement work by Rupert Hine, but Stevie's lyrics were all but incomprehensible -- well, Rupert did the best he could. Street Angel was a complete disaster both musically and lyrically, and could very well have ended her career, if she hadn't waited a few years before doing the Fleetwood Mac reunion in 1997. 24 Karat Gold was clearly a rush job done in a Nashville studio before she went on another tour -- it would have been better with perhaps a different producer, and if more time were spent recording it. The original release was incredibly digital sounding (and not in a good way), so the remaster did help that. The Rarities disc is a really nice compilation of B-sides and soundtrack releases, if not a bit long-winded at 23 songs across 2 discs! Do you get your money's worth? You sure do, but I kinda wish they had given me some money back for having to listen to those bad albums again. Fortunately, the good outweighs the bad. Review: Not all remasters - All her studio albums and all the tracks she did on other albums. Doesn't include all of her rare tracks. Good deal. Except not all of the CDs are remastered.

Great sound; poor packaging
This is a very good comprehensive collection of Stevie Nicks solo career. All of the albums have been remastered and sound great. The Rarities cd is missing the 12" version of "I Can't Wait" however. Also nowhere to be found is the live "Gold and Braid" from the Bella Donna tour. It's also nowhere to be found on the Stand Back 1981-2017 collection either. It would've been nice to have those two tracks. The packaging leaves much to be desired. While it's nice to have the cd's in replica album jackets, the print is so small as to be illegible in most cases. There is no booklet with track listings, lyrics or musician credits. No pictures or essays covering her career are included. I got mine at a great price on an Amazon return so overall it's worth it. If I had paid full price however, it would've been much more disappointing.

Great to Have the Whole Collection ~ Sounds Great, I don't Understand the Bad Reviews
So I have listened to the whole discography today, and I don't understand the bad reviews, the sounds is good, doesn't sound like anything lacking. True I am a huge Stevie Nicks fan, but if the quality was bad, I would say do. I was really happy to get the whole discography in one box. Sure if you want to read lyrics you will need a magnifying glass, cos the print is small. But... if you're a fan like me you already know all the lyrics.

Worth every penny!
I have been a Stevie fan for 50 years and this is a wonderful collectors item even if you do have all of her albums. No booklet, however, each cd comes in a replica of each of her albums with their liner notes. There are pictures from her photo session from the front cover. The cds are not in Jewel cases - they are cardboard but beautifully done! I would buy this again in a second! A must for all Stevie fans!

The complete Stevie!
I love that we finally have the remastered CDs in one set! “Rock a Little” sounds amazing - finally. The “Rarities” is a fun collection, reminiscent of the “Enchanted” box set years ago, but with updated songs. The only downside is the sloppy re-print of the liner notes. Sadly, just bad copies of the originals. But a definite MUST for any Stevie Nicks fan.
